Volunteering
It is a platform that promotes voluntary service, carrying out actions to attract, recruit, integrate, and train individuals who share the mission of Cáritas. This allows the program to harness and support the potential and talents of volunteers, donors, and collaborators interested in serving the most vulnerable.
The program focuses on strengthening human and religious training, integral development, and cohesion among volunteers, donors, and collaborators of Cáritas.
Our Objective
Our goal is to connect voluntary actions with individuals who share similar interests with the mission of the Social Pastoral-Cáritas, fostering and formalizing permanent links between the institution and its collaborators, contributing to the development and growth of both.
Our Actions
- Promote available space to welcome volunteers.
- Attract and recruit new volunteers.
- Strengthen Cáritas' programs by integrating volunteers.
- Conduct retreats and training sessions.
- Celebrate Volunteer Day.
- Offer personalized attention to donors and collaborators.
- Recognize the efforts of volunteers and donors.
- Conduct follow-up visits, calls, and evaluations of services performed.
- Sign agreements with institutions to manage new volunteers.
Ways to Collaborate
We rely on individuals willing to engage in voluntary activities for the common good or general interest, benefiting those in need without receiving salary, remuneration, or any form of compensation.
Our resources come through donations, inter-institutional collaborations, sales of promotional items, and other means.
